3111bat Terms & Conditions

The 3111bat platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game or betting market, or conduct any financial transaction on this platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 3111bat takes the protection of minors seriously and employs robust age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use 3111bat:

• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party or corporate entity unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with 3111bat.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing 3111bat account that has been suspended, closed for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 3111bat or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 3111bat does not contravene any law applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 3111bat provides its services on a good-faith basis and does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its intended market.

3111bat supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of locally integrated payment methods. All transactions are subject to the limits, processing times, and conditions described in this section and in the Cashier section of the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 3111bat is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Deposits via local bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) and card payments (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 2 business hours to be credited. 3111bat does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 3111bat finance team during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, and that is registered in your own name.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 3111bat may require full KYC verification to be completed. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts belonging to individuals other than the registered account holder. 3111bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

• Funds deposited via bonus or promotional credit cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Players must not use the 3111bat Cashier to process funds on behalf of third parties — this constitutes money laundering and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• 3111bat reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your casino balance if a KYC check raises compliance concerns.
• Repeated deposit and withdrawal of funds without corresponding gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and referred for review.

3111bat maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform, other players, or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false personal information; impersonating another person or entity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3111bat Cashier to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market — including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the 3111bat platform without human input.
• Arbitrage and System Abuse: Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing anomalies, or platform malfunctions to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under multiple identities, using staking strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or otherwise circumventing bonus terms.
• Match Fixing: Betting on any sporting event that you have information suggesting has been manipulated or fixed. 3111bat cooperates with integrity monitoring bodies and will report suspicious betting patterns.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 3111bat support staff or other platform users.

3111bat reserves the right to void any bets or casino winnings that arise from, or are associated with, any form of prohibited conduct. The decision of 3111bat in such matters is final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3111bat, its directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.

3111bat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. While we maintain high platform availability and invest significantly in infrastructure reliability, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access — particularly during periods of scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events).

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an erroneous game outcome, incorrect odds display, or a bet settlement error, 3111bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 3111bat's liability in any such case is limited strictly to the return of the original stake amounts placed.

• 3111bat is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain through gambling activity on the platform — all betting and gaming involves inherent financial risk.
• 3111bat is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.
• 3111bat is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by our game providers — 3111bat has no influence over individual game outcomes and accepts no liability in respect of them.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
